Drove by, and some guy was on the roof over the porch. He was installing the aluminum flashings that go around the crescent/vaulted window. They also shingled the roof over the porch.
They have installed the siding on the two sides and the back. They just have to do the front face and it will be done.
Whoa! I was surprised to see that the first floor was fully dry-walled. They finished the siding on the south side, but they haven’t started on any other area of the house yet.
They started siding the house today :) You can see it at the side.
They’ve painted the garage door. Looks like it is primer paint.
Drove by the house, and they installed the new pillars today. Looks good.
The house looks fantastic inside. Framing is solid, floors are solid, the electrical is solid, …you get my drift. Everything looks like it is built well. They will be dry-walling in about 2 weeks, so I needed to get in there to take pictures of the electrical and plumbing. Have a look.
The house has been fully bricked. They have also poured the concrete for the garage floor – which is a surprise. Just a matter of time before they start the siding. They have finished the concrete front porch, and completed bricking one side of the house. That big pile of gravel has now been spread out into the garage and the front driveway.
